Swim or Splash in a Salt Pool.
The delightfully large 12×6 meter salt pool is Ph balanced and 210cm at its deepest point. There are 8 sun loungers, a large semi-circular sofa, which seats 10 adults, 2 swinging egg chairs, 2 large umbrellas, a shaded dining area by the BBQ, and an assortment of pool toys and floats.

A Room for the Whole Family.
Have a game of pool, a massage in the chair, try your luck with Play Station, play the piano, listen to music, watch TV, challenge dad to a board game or foosball, or maybe just cook some lunch.
The lower ground floor has wide glass sliding doors opening onto the pool, BBQ area, and grounds. There is a games room equipped with a pool table, table football, 82″ TV with Play Station, massage chair and a large seating area. The room has an open planned second kitchen with dinnerware for the pool area.
Super king ensuite bedrooms.
Each bedroom has new, luxurious mattresses, down duvets, down and foam pillows, designer 800tc cotton sheets, imported Turkish bath towels, white waffle robes, pool towels, hairdryers and the basic amenities one would expect. All bedrooms, except one have UK super king (US King sized) mattresses. THe fifth bedroom has two single beds.
The Master bedroom is found on the upper level. It has an en suite with both a shower stall and large Jacuzzi bath, mounted flat screen TV, and separate dressing and sitting areas. Sliding glass doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second ensuite bedroom is also on this level. It has a sitting area and shares the private upper terrace with the master bedroom.

Two kitchens, but no need to Cook.
Both kitchens have new appliances, mostly Miele. The kitchens are well equipped with cooking utensils, as well as barware and dinnerware, to make your eating in as special as going out to dine. There are alo two sets of washing and drying machines on the property as well.
Double Doors Ease Access for Elderly.
There are double entry doors and no steps to the two ground floor bedrooms, making this house convenient for the elderly.
A Gym for those who do not Swim.
The gym is in the guest cottage behind the main house. It contains a Life Fitness treadmill, a Schwinn spinning bike, a weight bench and free weights weights, yoga mats and pilates equipment. There is also a golf practice net outside of the gym and a decent basketball hoop with 2 basketballs.
The Fifth Lower ground Bedroom.
This bedroom is lovcated just off the game’s roo, has a superking and a day bed, enabling it to sleep 4. The room is a hit with teenagers / youth as they are by the large TV, Platstation and pool. The adjoining bathroom has a shower stall with new thermostatic control.
The Area around the Market Town of Loule.
Casa Alto do Cerro is located by Goldra, which is delightfully situated in an elevated location and enjoys spectacular unobstructed views towards Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo. One can see (and not hear!) the airplanes take off and land. You are just a few minutes’ drive from Loule, a charming inland ancient market town which was once a Roman settlement. The remains of a ruined castle can still be seen in the old quarter. An indoor market is held here 6 days a week and is excellent for fish, fruit and vegetables.
The Algarve coast of Portugal has a remarkable micro-climate which gives it at least a 10-month season, some would say more. The odds are high that you can be playing golf or tennis in warm sunshine between March and December and, quite possibly, in January and February as well.
If golf is not your thing, the house is just 8 minutes from the brand new Mar shopping center and fashion discount outlet, which is the largest in Europe. The shopping center has cinemas, restaurants, designer discount outlets, a supermarket, and the usual shops.

Getting Around The Algarve.
There is no public transportation. You will need hire a car. The A22 is a toll road, which gets you around the Algarve more quickly. Ask for an electronic device (Via Verde) when you hire a car. It is not expensive and allows you to bypass heavier traffic on the N125. Also note, if you plan to drive into Spain, you must inform the car hire company. Uber is also very easy to get to and from the villa for nights out.
